Finding your own plumb line plays a central role in Rolf Movement Pedagogy. A refined sense supports relaxed, effective breathing, comfortable sitting, comfortable standing, dynamic, balanced walking, and well-coordinated, natural, expressive movement.

Gentle stretching and strengthening exercises from the fascia training revitalize the tissue and bring aching back, stiff legs and tense shoulders back into flow.
